Exceptions can be made in part for Special Events clients when cancellations are made 2wks before the event, wherein 50% of the proceipts paid up at booking can be forwarded or traded as per raincheck. Other circumstances may be considered by management. Under no circumstances will refunds be granted if rooms are being sought due to hurricanes and other crises wherein rooms are in high demand and we forego reservations due to previous bookings and have already offered greatly discounted rates based upon lodging-only circumstances. Frivolous cancellations cost us!
